At Thaitastik, we make every effort to give our visitors a fair, valuable and beneficial experience. We believe that our policies do just that. Read about them below and contact us with any questions you may have.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life is full of challenges and last minute changes and we do our best to accommodate those changes. We have established what we believe is a fair and equitable policy that ensures fairness to you and fairness to our therapists.

We require at least a 4 hour notice of cancellation without penalty.

Cancellations between 2 and 4 hours from your appointment time we ask you pay a cancellation fee of $50 that goes directly to the therapist to cover their lost wages.

If the notice is less than 2 hours from your appointment time we require full payment for the session you booked.
