At Thaitastik, we make every effort to give our visitors a fair, valuable and beneficial experience. We believe that our policies do just that. Read about them below and contact us with any questions you may have.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life is full of challenges and last minute changes and we do our best to accommodate those changes. We have established what we believe is a fair and equitable policy that ensures fairness to you and fairness to our therapists.
Thank you for understanding.
We require at least a 4 hour notice of cancellation without penalty. 24 hours if it is a rebooked session.
Cancellations between 2 and 4 hours from your appointment time we ask you pay a cancellation fee of $60 for an hour appointment or $90 for a ninety minute appointment.
This goes directly to the therapist to cover their lost wages.
If we are able to fill the slot the cancellation fee will be waived.
If the notice is less than 2 hours from your appointment time we require full payment for the session you booked.
